Glomania UV Neon Black Light pigment is a super fine talc like powder pigment that can be used for a wide variety of Art and Craft Projects. Its main quality is that it is a form of dye and can be mixed with nearly all different types of Clear Medium, from water based to Resigns and Varnishes. This is a bright Neon Colored pigment that does NOT GLOW IN THE DARK but will FLUORESCE under UV Black Light.
These pigments are made using the same Neon super fine pigments that we sell within our paints that offer exceptional brightness. Unlike some other types of translucent UV pigments these are mixed in a clear acrylic making them need a couple of coats and they will just POP.
Under a UV Black light these pigments will fluoresce brightly. Approximate quantities required. 1 Oz of pigment will make a minimum of 6-8 Oz of dyed paint. Mix these in a clear oil based product or a solvent and it can be used for marbling.

These come in two different styles, UV Visible Black Light and UV Invisible black light. The major difference between these pigments and Glow in the Dark pigments is that UV Neon Black light pigment powders need a UV Black light source to make them Fluoresce. They DO NOT glow in the dark and without UV Black light they cannot be seen in the dark.

In normal daytime conditions this pigment is a brightly colored and visible Neon Powder. However, under Black Light fluoresce back at a higher level giving the super bright pop effect. These powders require a UV Black Light in order to be seen in the dark; they DO NOT glow in the dark.

These pigments are very fine, please make sure you wear a mask when working with them. These pigments can stain. Store in a clean and dry environment.
